These terms govern your use of this website. Services provided by Axplore Digital are governed by the written proposal and agreement issued for each engagement; the general principles below apply unless that agreement says otherwise.

Use of this website

The content of axplore.ae is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it without notice.

You may browse, print and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use the content, design or code of this site for commercial purposes without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Axplore name, logo, website design, text, graphics and code are owned by Axplore Digital or used under licence. Third-party trademarks and product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. Where we decide to work together, we issue a written proposal describing scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.

Estimates given in conversation or on this website are indicative only until confirmed in a proposal.

General service principles

  • Ownership. On full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them (designs, code, content). We retain the right to use pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and to reference the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed.
  • Third-party services. Domains, hosting, software licences, advertising spend and similar costs are paid by the client, directly or as pass-through costs, and are governed by the third party’s terms.
  • Marketing outcomes. Search rankings, advertising results and social media performance depend on factors outside our control. We commit to professional execution, transparent reporting and honest advice; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
  • Client responsibilities. Timely feedback, content and approvals, and the accuracy and legality of materials supplied to us.
  • Confidentiality. Both parties keep each other’s non-public business information confidential.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service, as set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
